Delete your Skify account

You can delete your Skify account at any time. There are two ways.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open the app and go to My Profile.
2. Tap ⚙️ Settings.
3. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away, and this cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete account". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
